Introduction of ICT and Gadget

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has an important role in the world since we are in the age of information. ICT also involves our daily lives in internal interests.

Information and Communication Technologie (ICT) came from the term of information technology (IT) which emphasizes the role of communication and telecommunications, computer and enterprise software, middleware storage, visuals, which enable users to access, store, transmit, and manipulate information. ICT also can be defined as all combined devices, networks, applications and systems components enable people and organizations to interact in the digital world. The use of information and communications technology (ICT) is widespread.

When we talk about Information and Communication Technology (ICT), it's related to gadget which is the devices that we need to get into the ICT.

Gadget is a small tools such as machines that have certain functions, but are often regarded as something new. It’s also can be defined as new devices, mostly expensive, and relatively less recognizable or accessories that make it fun or enjoyable to consumers.The development of computer technology has made gadgets play an important role in our daily routine.We use it at work, home and during play.

There are actually many disadvantages of using gadgets. People only see gadgets from a good perspective, they do not see from another perspective, which is the adverse effect of using them. A small gadget may seem harmless, but the manufacturing and disposal of this device has a significant impact on the global environment. Many devices contain harmful substances such as lead, cadmium and mercury that can contaminate soil soils if not disposed of properly. Disposal problems are reinforced by the fact that users are urged to upgrade to new technology before their device thirst.
